Welcome

I am the Frederick Paul Furth, Sr. Professor of Law at the University of Michigan. My academic interests include antitrust and economic regulation, but the fun doesn’t stop there. I have an eclectic set of interests and projects. I write novels. I blog, speak, and write about Christianity and public life. I work with (but not for) Tesla Motors and other new car companies advocating for a manufacturer’s right to distribute its cars directly to consumers. I follow the development of connected and automated vehicles (driverless cars!).
